GIVING BACK
|
The members and employees at Intelectus have a strong focus on social responsibility and are firm believers in giving back to the community. We also believe that we humans do not walk the earth alone, and that we are entrusted with the responsibility of looking after our planet as well as the animals on it. It is in this spirit of shared global responsibility that the employees and members of Intelectus, in their own personal capacity donate to the following organisations:
Leratong School, Joy for One Foundation, in Alexandra, Johannesburg.
This school is situated in the heart of the Alexandra township. It plays a vital role in supporting, feeding and educating some of the township's children, most of which in some way affected by HIV. Many of te kids at the school are either HIV positive or has lost their parents as a result of the virus. There is also an AIDS orphanage run by the school.
